Private Capital Asia update

While there was initial optimism for dealmaking post-pandemic, activity in Asia remains subdued. Processes are taking longer as interest rates remain relatively high, and there is still a huge valuation gap between buyers and sellers. We are seeing a number of trends, including energy transition, digitalisation, healthcare and others, which we anticipate will continue to develop over the next year.
