We are delighted to host the 2025 Conference of the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA), taking place in London on Tuesday, 29 April 2025.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of EFILA, reflected in the Conference's focus on the Next 10 Years of Investment Treaty Arbitration.

About EFILA
EFILA is a Brussels-based thinktank that seeks to promote knowledge of all aspects of EU and international investment law, including arbitration. EFILA tracks and analyses the scope and use of investment arbitration, especially from a European perspective, and endeavours to foster objective debate about the current system of investment arbitration.
EFILA’s Executive Board includes Andrew Cannon, Global Co-Head of the International Arbitration and Public International Law practices at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP.
