  • Prolegis LLC – Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP and Prolegis LLC have established a Formal Law Alliance licensed by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority of Singapore known as Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Prolegis Alliance.
  • Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung – Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP and Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung have a formal association in Indonesia.
  • Shanghai Kewei Law Firm: Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP (currently registered as Herbert Smith Freehills LLP with the PRC Ministry of Justice) has established a Joint Operation with Kewei Law Firm. Kewei Law Firm has offices in Shanghai and Beijing. The firm’s joint operation remains registered as Herbert Smith Freehills Kewei (FTZ) Joint Operation with Shanghai’s Bureau of Justice. The firm is in the process of updating the name of the Joint Operation which is pending local regulatory approval.
