Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised on Medcaptain Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (02041.HK)’s listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Medcaptain is a global medical device provider supplying medical institutions, community health centres, testing facilities and homecare providers in China and over 140 other countries globally. The company’s product portfolio includes life support products, minimally invasive intervention products and in-vitro diagnostic products.
Medcaptain’s innovative and high-quality medical products, along with its extensive coverage across clinical departments, position it as one of the most comprehensive medical device companies in China. Its products have cumulatively reached over 6,000 hospitals in China, including approximately 90% of Grade 3A hospitals, covering 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.
