As part of the government's ambition to tackle economic crime, the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA) became law on 26 October 2023.
Whilst further regulations will be required to bring the changes into force, the HSF Corporate Real Estate team explore what these changes means for those in the real estate sector (including owners, investors and lenders) and how those affected can begin preparing.
