Adam is a corporate lawyer with cross-sector transactional and advisory experience.
Adam is a senior associate in our corporate practice with a broad range of experience in cross-border and domestic M&A and advisory work. He has spent six months seconded to our Seoul office, where he advised Korean clients on their out-bound investments. Adam advises clients across a range of sectors, including financial services and real estate, and has particular experience advising private equity backed portfolio companies on corporate matters. His practice includes advising on distressed M&A, having advised Made.com on its pre-pack administration.
Adam has an international perspective and provides commercial, pragmatic advice.

- The Ardonagh Group on its investment from Stone Point Capital, valuing the group at $14 billion
- National Grid on the sale of Europe's largest LNG terminal, Grain LNG, to a consortium of funds managed by Energy Capital Partners (Bridgepoint) and Centrica plc for £1.6 billion
- The Ardonagh Group on the merger between Markerstudy Group and Atlanta Group, Ardonagh's personal lines insurance broking business, funded by new investment led by Pollen Street Capital and Bain Capital Special Situations and valuing Atlanta at £1.2 billion
- Waverton Investment Management on its merger with London & Capital, with Lovell Minnick Partners taking a majority shareholding in the combined business, to create a leading independent wealth management business
- Capital & Counties Properties PLC on its all-share merger with Shaftesbury PLC to create an estate valued at £5 billion covering some of London's most iconic destinations, including Covent Garden, Chinatown and Carnaby Street
