Adam Sloate works on tax matters.

Adam assists in the counsel of public and private companies and individuals on the US, state and international tax aspects of transactions and in the representation of clients in state and federal tax controversies.  

Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked as an associate in the tax practice of a New York-based global law firm. During law school, he interned with the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and with the Honorable Brenda Weksler of the US District Court of Nevada. He also worked as a law clerk for a business law firm in Los Angeles.
