Alexander Gridasov is an England & Wales-qualified Senior Associate based in London, focusing on complex commercial litigation.
Alexander advises corporates, financial services clients and private capital investors on high-value disputes before the English courts. His experience includes fraud and misrepresentation claims, breach of trust and fiduciary duty disputes, disputes involving sophisticated financial products, and urgent interim relief.
He has significant cross-border disputes experience, including coordinating multi-jurisdiction strategy, working with overseas counsel, and advising on enforcement and interim measures.
As a member of the firm’s Central Asia Group, Alexander is actively involved in business development initiatives focused on investment protection and dispute resolution in the region.

- Acting for a financial services firm in successfully defending (and securing the discharge of) an urgent proprietary injunction, and in related High Court proceedings concerning the alleged misapplication of investor funds.
- Acting for a prime brokerage firm in High Court proceedings concerning recovery of a multi-million investment, raising trust, fiduciary duty, knowing receipt and unlawful means conspiracy issues.
- Acting for an international FX broker defending a c.£50m investor group action arising from an alleged fraudulent trading scheme, with parallel proceedings in the Federal Court in Colorado.

Alexander graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Law). He is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and is also qualified in Russia. Alexander is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
