Alice is a corporate senior associate based in the London office advising on asset management and investment funds matters.
Alice advises institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and fund‑of‑fund investors, on their investments into private investment funds, and fund sponsors on the establishment and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds.
She has experience across a range of fund structures and asset classes, including bespoke fund‑of‑one arrangements, single-asset vehicles and co-investment structures. She also advises on funds-related transactions such as secondary transactions.

Alice holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree from the University of Sydney. Before joining the firm, Alice worked in the funds practice of an international law firm in Sydney.
