Alyce delivers complex major projects across the development, infrastructure and energy sectors.
Alyce advises public and private sector clients on infrastructure and development projects with experience across a range of sectors, including social and affordable housing, mixed use developments, energy and transport. Alyce works closely with clients to achieve their commercial objectives throughout the structuring, regulatory, drafting and negotiating stages of each project.
Alyce has also worked extensively on the property, corporate and financing aspects of diverse commercial, agribusiness, aged care and industrial transactions, enabling her to bring a holistic approach to every project.

- Bridge Housing in respect of the delivery of a 144 dwelling social and affordable housing development in Maroubra, New South Wales supported by both Commonwealth and State-based funding
- Foundation Housing Limited in respect of the procurement and funding documents of projects supported by the Housing Australia Future Fund comprising social and affordable housing dwellings across metropolitan Perth
- multiple community housing providers in respect of their bids to develop new social and affordable housing projects in New South Wales under the Housing Australia Future Fund scheme, and advising a major lender in relation to its co-funding of a Queensland Housing Investment Fund project
- EnergyAustralia in respect of the development and procurement of the 350 MW Wooreen BESS project in Victoria and the two stage Hallett BESS project in South Australia
- Atmos Renewables in relation to the procurement of its 100MW 4-hour Merredin big battery project in Western Australia
