Ananya is an associate in our corporate team, who is based in our London office.
Ananya has experience of a wide variety of corporate transactions including cross-border private M&A and minority investments. She also regularly assists clients with corporate governance and company law issues.
Ananya is dual-qualified, admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as an advocate in India. She has spent six months on secondment to our Brisbane office.
