Andrew is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono matters. Among his most notable representations, he negotiated the dismissal of charges brought by the U.S. Attorney’s Office against a client facing a 10-year mandatory minimum sentence, after filing motions that highlighted weaknesses in the government’s case.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as an intern in the New York regional office of the SEC, where he worked on investigations and enforcement matters in the Enforcement Division’s Market Abuse Unit. He also interned for the Honorable Robert P. Patterson Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Federal Defenders Office in the Southern District of New York.
