Anita is an Associate at our Joint Operation firm Kewei in Shanghai.

Anita advises on cross-border disputes, with experience in international arbitration, litigation, investigations and intellectual property matters. She supports clients across a range of sectors, including hospitality, equity transactions, international trade, mining, construction, healthcare, consumer goods and technology. Anita has also completed a client secondment with a leading fintech company, where she supported legal issues relating to non-fungible token platform, including contract negotiation, data and IP issues, and compliance considerations connected with emerging technologies.

Background

Anita obtained her bachelor’s from East China University of Political Science and Law and gained a master’s degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Anita is qualified in China and England & Wales. Her working languages are English and Mandarin Chinese.
