Azaara Perakath
Azaara is a versatile litigator with experience in Australian and cross-border insolvency disputes and class actions, as well as criminal matters.
Azaara focuses on large-scale commercial litigation, representing leading Australian clients including in the banking, mining and energy sectors in State and Federal Courts. Together, Azaara’s attention to detail, ability to get across large volumes of material quickly and commercial-mindedness allow her to devise effective solutions to complex disputes.

Background
Azaara holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (Corp Fin) from the University of Adelaide. She has also recently completed a Master of Laws (LLM) with Distinction at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London.
Before joining the firm, she served as Associate to the (late) Honourable Justice Malcolm Blue in the Supreme Court of South Australia and subsequently was a criminal prosecutor with the Office of the Director of Prosecutions (SA).
She was first admitted as a barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia.
