Ben's experience covers a range of public law and regulatory disputes, including judicial review, public inquiries and freedom of information issues.
Ben has acted for a range of private and public sector clients, both bringing and defending public law claims, as well as acting for interested parties and interveners. Ben has worked with clients in sectors such as transport, energy, technology, real estate and pensions.
Ben has also undertaken secondments to the FOI team at a public body and to pro bono clients Child Poverty Action Group and Liberty.
