Caitlin Moustaka
Caitlin is a Senior Associate in our dispute resolution team, based in Melbourne.
Caitlin advises clients in significant commercial disputes and class actions in the UK and Australia. She has particular experience in disputes concerning product liability, contract, partnership, tax and regulatory issues across the consumer, energy, automotive, financial services, private capital, technology and pharmaceuticals sectors.
Caitlin was previously an Associate to Justice McKerracher of the Federal Court of Australia and an Arbitration Associate to a leading international arbitrator.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Economics (Distinction) from the University of Western Australia. Having commenced her career in Australia, Caitlin is admitted in Victoria, Australia and the High Court of Australia.
