Carole Nerguararian
Carole is a partner in the Finance and Restructuring team in Paris, where she leads the Restructuring practice.
She specialises in complex domestic and cross-border restructurings, both in out-of-court and formal insolvency proceedings.
Her expertise covers both financial and operational restructuring, including debt refinancing and equity funding, insolvency-related litigation, distressed disposals and turnaround situations.
She advises all parties including management of the debtor, shareholders, creditors and purchasers across corporates, financial institutions, private equity and debt funds.
Carole acts for clients across a wide range of sectors, including energy, chemicals, real estate, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive and hydrogen.
