Chevi is an Executive Counsel in our Projects, Energy & Infrastructure team in Melbourne specialising in M&A and other strategic transactions.
Chevi has extensive experience advising Australian and international clients on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, sell-downs, joint ventures and restructures.
Chevi is recognised for her technical excellence and commercial approach to deal-making. She primarily acts for clients in the projects, energy and infrastructure sector and also has a broader M&A background, with experience across a range of industries.

- Tilt Renewables on its acquisition of a 100% interest in the Boco Rock Wind Farm from EGCO Group and Squadron Energy

Chevi holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Science from Monash University.
Chevi is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal and High Courts of Australia.
