Dan is a Senior Associate in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Team in Brisbane.

Dan is a multidisciplinary lawyer practicing across Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.

He has a broad range of experience, having worked as both an external legal advisor and in-house counsel.

He advises both public and private sector clients on planning and policy, development approvals, environmental authorities and vegetation management, mining leases, infrastructure delivery and agreements, compulsory acquisition, and energy and major projects.  He also represents clients in litigation in various courts and tribunals.
