David has a keen focus on class actions and regulatory investigations (including ASIC and APRA) and has advised clients across the financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and consumer sectors.

  • Advising a financial services company on class action proceedings brought in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in relation to matters arising from the Financial Services Royal Commission.
  • Advising a general insurance company in relation to proceedings brought by ASIC and related class actions.
