Dr Lennard Posser is an associate in the Competition, Regulation & Trade and Dispute Resolution practice groups in our Düsseldorf office.
Lennard Posser advises companies on all aspects of German and EU antitrust law. He focuses on advising on complex merger notifications before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, as well as on antitrust damages.

Background
Lennard Posser studied law in Düsseldorf, where he subsequently earned his doctorate in competition law. He completed an LL.M. at Columbia University in New York with honors as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
During his legal traineeship, he worked for two leading law firms and the European Commission.
