Dr Wilhelm Nolting-Hauff is a corporate partner in the Düsseldorf office and specialises in all aspects of M&A and corporate law.
He advises on company acquisitions and sales, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, as well as general corporate law. Wilhelm is highly experienced in advising global companies and private equity investors on complex, cross-border M&A transactions. A particular focus is on clients from the China region, advising them on their investments in Germany.

Background
Wilhelm Nolting-Hauff completed the First State Examination in 1994 in Heidelberg and holds a Doctor of Laws degree (Dr iur) from the University of Heidelberg earned in 1995. He completed the Second State Examination 1997 in Düsseldorf.
