Ella is a Senior Associate in the London Dispute Resolution team.
Ella specialises in complex, high-value commercial disputes with a focus on technology, competition and privacy. Her practice encompasses collective proceedings and class actions, competition disputes, data protection and privacy regulatory matters, and commercial arbitration, many with significant cross-border elements. She has acted for major technology companies, financial institutions and aerospace clients across European jurisdictions and before EU courts and tribunals and regulatory bodies. She is a qualified Solicitor Advocate with higher rights of audience in civil proceedings.
Prior to joining HSF Kramer, Ella completed a three-month secondment to the Chancery Division of the High Court in London, where she was Judicial Assistant to Mr Justice Birss (as he then was), Mr Justice Roth and Mr Justice Trower.
Ella recently completed a client secondment to a technology company as Lead Litigation Counsel, where she acted as principal instructing counsel on a landmark £2–3 billion competition collective action before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and managed EU privacy regulatory proceedings across multiple European jurisdictions.
Ella has a particular interest in the intersection of data, privacy, competition and consumer law. She completed a course at the London School of Economics and Political Science concerning Data: Policy, Law and Regulation and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law at King's College London.

Ella studied History at the University of Warwick and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University. Ella was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2020 and is a qualified Solicitor Advocate.
