Emanuela is a partner in the Milan office, where she leads the Banking & Finance team.
With more than twenty years of experience, she is recognised as one of the leading figures in Italy’s banking and finance legal market. Her practice covers real estate finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance and debt capital markets, including securitisations and bond issues, as well as the management of distressed assets.
She regularly advises major banks and investment funds on the sale and securitisation of non-performing and unlikely-to-pay loan portfolios, contributing to the development of market best practices.
