Emma has experience acting for clients in civil and regulatory disputes relating to the financial services sector. She advises clients on FCA investigations and enforcement matters, interactions with UK and international regulators, internal investigations, and remediation and redress. She also has experience acting on high-value disputes for large-scale financial institutions, including in relation to sanctions-related issues.
