Federico Cocito
Federico is of counsel in the Milan office and he's part of the Banking & Finance practice.
He has extensive experience advising domestic and international sponsors, banks, and alternative lenders on a broad range of financing transactions, including real estate, corporate and leveraged finance. He also advises on debt restructurings, special situations, distressed investments and non-performing exposures.
Background
He is graduated cum laude in the University of Genoa and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from Tilburg University, graduating cum laude. Federico has been a member of the Genoa Bar Association since 2012. Federico is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish, and has intermediate knowledge of German. He has received several academic and professional awards.
