Finn is a solicitor working in the Perth M&A team.
Finn has experience in both private and public M&A transactions, with a particular focus in the mining and construction industries. Additionally, Finn has been involved in equity capital market transactions such as capital reductions and delistings and has helped advise on general corporate matters such as corporate governance queries, ASX Listing Rule compliance and the application of Australia’s foreign investment laws.
