Florian is an associate in our finance practice in Frankfurt.
Florian advises both lenders and borrowers on national and international leveraged and corporate finance transactions, as well as capital market and real estate financing.
In addition, he advises clients in the financial sector on European and German regulatory law.
Florian graduated from the University of Konstanz and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm.
Before joining the firm as an associate, he worked as a research assistant in the Finance department of the our Frankfurt office. Florian speaks English in addition to his native German.
