Francesca is an associate in the Italian IP and Commercial Disputes practice.

Francesca mainly focuses on both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients on the protection and enforcement of valuable intellectual property rights. She also assists the team with a wide range of domestic and cross-border IP-related commercial transactions. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including NDAs, licensing, manufacturing, design, and distribution contracts across multiple industries, ranging from pharmaceutical and life sciences, design, fashion, telecommunications, consumer goods, media and advertising.

Background

Francesca is admitted to the Milan Bar as of June 2025.

She graduated cum laude in law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. During her studies, she spent a semester at the Université de Lausanne, focusing on Private International Law and Intellectual Property, as part of the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP). She further gained practical experience through an internship at a Milan-based boutique law firm with a strong focus on intellectual property.

Her native language is Italian, and she is fluent in English and French.
