Genevieve Burger-Weiser works on employment law matters.

Her work involves representing employers in federal and state court as well as in administrative and government agency proceedings, arbitrations and mediations. She litigates discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower claims. Genevieve also assists clients in conducting internal investigations and in complying with federal, state and local employment laws regarding a range of employment-related issues.
