Gillian advises clients in the energy and resources sectors on transactions, projects, and regulatory matters. Gillian has experience in upstream oil and gas, energy, mining, and carbon credit sectors, including in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commodity sales and transportation. 

Gillian has completed a number of secondments at global market leaders in the energy and mining sectors. Prior to her career in law, Gillian worked for Chevron Australia in a variety of roles.

Gillian holds a Juris Doctor, a Masters of Commercial and Resources Law, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) from the University of Western Australia.
