Guy is a corporate lawyer with a focus on the insurance sector.

Guy trained as a corporate lawyer and then spent nine years in-house with Swiss Re, ReAssure and Phoenix. During that time he worked on a number of corporate and restructuring projects, including the Part VII transfer of the Mature Savings business from Legal & General to ReAssure, asset finance and securitisation projects and the launch of new retirement products.
