Hannah Eckhoff is a partner in our dispute resolution practice group in Frankfurt.
Hannah Eckhoff is an experienced litigation and arbitration lawyer with extensive expertise in handling complex national and international disputes. Hannah has acted for clients in numerous high profile state court proceedings and commercial arbitrations under the rules of various major arbitral institutions. Hannah’s expertise also includes the strategic defense against product liability mass claims and collective actions.
Her work focuses particularly on the financial services, pharmaceutical, industrial and automotive sectors.
Before joining HSF Kramer, she served as Director Legal Dispute Resolution at global biotechnology company BioNTech, managing and coordinating their national and international disputes.
Hannah regularly speaks at industry events and is a founding member of the “Association for Civil Procedural Law”.

Hannah Eckhoff studied law in Mainz and obtained an LL.M. from De Montfort University Leicester, UK. After having worked in the dispute‑resolution team of another leading international law firm for several years, she was Director Legal Dispute Resolution at BioNTech for two years.
