Hannah helps our clients navigate a wide range of property litigation matters. She regularly assists with landlord and tenant issues, including business lease renewals, forfeiture, covenant breaches, trespass, break options, arrears recovery, service charge disputes and dilapidations. Hannah also helps to support clients on development projects, advising on vacant possession strategies, break clauses and contractual negotiations.

Hannah works closely with our real estate transactions practice to provide guidance where a dispute may arise or where specialist legal insight is needed.
