Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A team of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer.

She has experience advising local and international clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructures, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory.

Hannah's experience in corporate and ESG advisory work is complemented by her recent seven-month secondment with Woodside Energy in its Company Secretariat team.

Hannah has been involved in a broad range of matters involving both Australian and international clients, including:

  • advised Mitsubishi Corporation and Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd on their joint investment in the Kalgoorlie Nickel Project (Goongarrie Hub), via an agreement to acquire up to a 100% interest in the project vehicle, Kalgoorlie Nickel Pty Ltd., a wholly owned entity of ASX-listed Ardea Resources Limited
  • advised INPEX Corporation on its investment in 50% of Enel S.p.A’s Australian renewable energy business, Enel Green Power Australia, via its newly established subsidiary INPEX Renewable Energy Australia Pty Ltd
  • Tembo Capital Holdings UK Ltd and Tembo Capital Mining GP III Limited on its acquisition of up to a 40% interest in ASX-listed True North Copper Limited
  • Synergy on its strategic investment in Kojonup Wind Farm, via options to acquire a 100% interest in Kojonup Wind Farm Pty Ltd, and entry into an initial power purchase agreement with KWF1 Pty Ltd
  • advised SRG Global on its 100% equity acquisition of ALS Industrial Pty Ltd and associated institutional placement and share purchase plan
  • Red 5 Limited on its $2.2 billion merger of equals with ASX-listed Silver Like Resources by way of a scheme of arrangement
  • INPEX Corporation on its stage one and stage two bids to acquire Sapura Energy’s 50% interest in SapuraOMV Upstream Sdn Bhd

Hannah holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science & International Relations and Law and Society) from the University of Western Australia. During her undergraduate studies, Hannah completed an exchange program at Seoul National University. She was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and High Court of Australia in 2020.

Hannah is a native English and Korean speaker.
