Ishani Ghosh works on litigation matters, including complex commercial and bankruptcy disputes and white-collar criminal cases.

Ishani is involved in all phases of litigation, from preparing for witness examinations to conducting legal research to drafting pleadings, memoranda, and briefs. Recently, Ishani was a member of the trial team for a high-profile securities fraud criminal case in the Southern District of New York. Ishani also maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly in the areas of reproductive rights and immigration.

Ishani clerked for the Honorable Roy W. McLeese III of the D.C. Court of Appeals. She previously worked as a litigation associate in the New York City office of a Global 100 law firm.
