Jacqueline Momah
Jackie litigates patent, trademark, and related unfair competition claims in all phases of litigation before federal and state courts. She also handles matters involving domain abuse, unauthorized access claims, copyright clearance, and IP transfers and licensing.
Jackie is a member of the firm’s AI practice group and contributes guidance on legal developments affecting AI technologies, including litigation trends, regulatory developments, and intellectual property issues associated with generative and agentic AI.
Jackie also co-chairs the firm's Silicon Valley Attorneys of Color Committee and actively represents pro bono clients on immigration matters.
Before joining the firm, Jackie worked at a multinational technology and social media company, where she focused on copyright and trademark risk mitigation across global platforms. She also previously worked on IP and international arbitration matters in the Frankfurt offices of two Global 100 law firms.
