Jan is an associate in our Competition, Regulation and Trade practice in our Düsseldorf office.
He advises national and international clients in public commercial law.
He focuses on regulatory support for transactions and on energy law issues, particularly regarding renewable energies and emissions trading.

Background
Jan graduated from the University of Münster and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. He is currently working on his PhD thesis regarding European and national emissions trading.
Jan is fluent in German and English.
