Jarrod Gook
Jarrod is a finance specialist with experience in a broad range of transactions.
Jarrod works with sponsors, borrowers, lenders and other stakeholders to negotiate and document complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions, with a focus on project finance. Jarrod’s project finance knowledge is complemented by his extensive experience advising clients on acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate finance, property and construction finance, agribusiness finance, distressed debt and restructuring transactions across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
Jarrod also assists clients in negotiating and documenting offtake agreements for large-scale renewable energy projects.
Jarrod was included in the 2023 to 2026 editions of Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in Australia.
Background
Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Jarrod is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
