Jason A. Fruchter works on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, growth equity investments, financings and other investment transactions, on behalf of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as strategic acquirers and investors.
Jason’s work involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional agreements and other related documents, managing deal due diligence and facilitating closings. He also assists clients with corporate governance and compliance issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason worked in the corporate law department of a global corporate law firm.
