Jawad is a member of the investment funds and asset management practice in Luxembourg.
He advises clients, including sponsors, fund managers and institutional investors, on the structuring and operation of Luxembourg investment vehicles, with a particular focus on alternative investment funds, both in a domestic and cross-border context.
Jawad began his career in the banking and finance practice of a leading Luxembourg law firm, where he advised on transactional banking matters, including fund financing. He subsequently gained experience at a leading international offshore law firm in Luxembourg, where he focused on general investment fund and regulatory matters in relation to Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.
Background
Jawad is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and holds a Bachelor's degree in European Law from the University of Strasbourg, as well as a double Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Strasbourg and the University of Zurich.
