Jenna Fuller
Jenna assists in the representation of both patent owners seeking to enforce their rights and companies defending against allegations of patent infringement in patent litigation in federal district courts and in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her work involves all aspects of litigation, including preparing pleadings, motions and trial briefs, conducting legal research and patent infringement analyses, and preparing witnesses.
During law school, Jenna served as an extern for the Honorable Pauline Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., working extensively with cases involving patent litigation.
