- a syndicate of commercial lenders on the Bpifrance covered financing for the construction of the Sizewell C nuclear project in Suffolk, UK (Global Deal of the Year, PFI Awards 2025)
- the lenders, including EIB, commercial banks and institutional lenders, to the LusoLav consortium on Lot A of the Lisbon to Oporto high-speed rail project in Portugal (European PPP Deal of the Year, IJGlobal Awards 2025)
- Statera Energy as lead borrower counsel on the financing of its 680MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Carrington, near Manchester
- African Export-Import Bank on an up to US$750 million reserve-based loan to Heirs Energies to refinance its existing reserve-based loan
- the international lenders on the financing of CleanMax Taxman Private Limited’s wind power project in India (APAC Onshore Wind Deal of the Year, IJGlobal Awards 2025)
