Jenny is an Associate at our Joint Operation firm Kewei in Shanghai.
Jenny specialises in China-related dispute resolution. She regularly advises foreign companies on disputes arising from investments in China, as well as Chinese clients (including SOEs and large private enterprises) on cross‑border investment disputes. She also has experience representing clients in responding to dawn raids and regulatory investigations related to product liability and advertising in China.

- an international fund in defending claims brought by a seller in an arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) concerning a dispute over an investment in China
- a Chinese water supply SOE in bringing claims against several Chinese local governments before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) as well as PRC courts
- an overseas subsidiary of a Chinese SOE in defending claims brought by a subcontractor before the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in connection with a port construction project in Southeast Asia
- a French industrial coatings producer in a joint venture dispute with its Chinese business partner before a PRC court
- a Chinese automotive company in defending claims brought by its auto parts supplier before a PRC court
Background
Jenny obtained her LL.B from East China University of Political Science and Law, and then her LL.M from London School of Economics and Political Science.
Jenny is qualified in China. She is fluent in Chinese and English.
