Joachim is a member of the Luxembourg private capital, corporate and M&A team.
He acts on domestic and cross-border transactions alongside asset managers of private equity funds/AIFs, financial institutions and industrial clients at all stages of corporate existence. He notably advises on general governance, private and public M&A, joint ventures, group restructurings, and management incentive plans across a wide variety of sectors (e.g., real estate, global technology, banking and industry).
He joined the firm in 2025 after having worked for 8 years at magic circle law firms in Luxembourg and Paris.

- a diversified investment conglomerate active in Saudi Arabia in relation to a €85 million investment in sports and real estate companies in Southern Europe
- Corporacion America Airports S.A. on the $40 million full indirect acquisition of Corporación América Italia S.p.A. through a multi-jurisdictional share swap arrangement
- TeamSystem, a leading technology & AI company for the development of business management platforms on its acquisition of Sellsy, a leading French company providing all-in-one customer relationship management and financial management system software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises
