Joshua specialises in complex cross-border disputes and international arbitration in the Middle East and Asia. Based in Dubai, he has a broad commercial practice, with a focus on the energy sector. He also has significant experience in cryptocurrency, hospitality, and joint venture disputes.
Joshua has advised on and acted as counsel in arbitrations under leading institutional and ad hoc rules, including ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, VIAC, and in court proceedings, including the Singapore International Commercial Court.
Joshua was an adjunct tutor at the National University of Singapore, where he taught legal writing, research and advocacy to undergraduates.
