Josh is a Partner in the firm's tax group.

Josh is a Partner based in London, where he is a member of the firm's tax practice. He has been with the firm for over a decade, during which time he has advised clients on numerous strategic tax matters, including public and private M&A, establishing and reorganising businesses and setting up investment structures, and litigation with tax authorities. 

Josh has considerable sector expertise, including advising professional and financial services firms and other businesses operating in regulated sectors, advising on partnership taxation, and advising on energy, infrastructure and real estate projects, including those structured as REITs. Recent areas of focus include cross-border taxation and Pillar 2.

Background

Josh studied Classics as an undergraduate before taking the conversion course to become a lawyer. He joined the firm in 2012 and qualified as a lawyer in 2014.
