Julia Mogus works on complex structured finance and securitization transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes, as well as other corporate and financing transactions in financial services, consumer finance, specialty finance and fintech.

Julia assists initial purchasers, lenders, private credit funds, borrowers and underwriters in connection with structured financed, forward flow purchases and securitization transactions involving a wide variety of esoteric asset classes, including residential and commercial solar assets, home improvement loans and loan assets. Her work involves drafting, negotiating and reviewing transaction documents, including offering documents, indentures, credit agreements, purchase agreements and sale and servicing agreements, as well as legal opinions, ancillary documents and investor presentations. Julia also manages all aspects of the due diligence and closing processes. She provides end-to-end support, coordinating with clients, specialist teams, transaction parties and opposing and local counsels in every step of a transaction.

Prior to joining the firm, Julia worked in the Toronto office of a Canadian multinational corporate law firm.
