Lewin Klusmann
Lewin Klusmann is an associate in the Disputes practice at our Düsseldorf office.
He advises on disputes in all matters of business and commercial law and represents clients both before German civil courts and in arbitration proceedings. Lewin particularly focuses on corporate and post-M&A litigation as well as competition litigation.
Drawing on his previous work in Corporate/M&A, Lewin has an in-depth understanding of corporate law matters, including the economic and legal background to corporate transactions.

Background
Lewin Klusmann studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, he worked as an associate for a leading global law firm. He speaks German, English and Swedish.
