Lorena is a Solicitor in the Disputes team in Melbourne who advises on corporate and commercial matters.
Lorena has experience in large-scale litigation, class actions, corporations law matters, contractual disputes and regulatory investigations across a range of sectors.
She has particular expertise in the banking and financial services sectors. In addition to her legal qualifications she holds a degree in Commerce majoring in Finance, and Financial Law was the focus of her Masters Degree.

Lorena holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Diploma of Languages (Italian) from Monash University. She also holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge (First Class Honours) and is a committee member of the Cambridge Society of Australia (Victoria). Lorena is admitted to practice in Victoria and is on the High Court of Australia Register of Practitioners.
